The Football College--------------------Orile-Imo, Nigeria
The Pepsi Football Academy-----------Nigeria

The tournament will hold over the period 8th to 13th August 2006 at the University of Lagos Sports Complex.

Teams must comprise players born on or after January 1st 1989.
